2. Quantity Surveyor (Construction industry – Boon Keng area) Responsibilities:  Prepare technical proposal & cost estimation to project  Source for local/overseas suppliers, fabricator & sub-cons  To prepare & submit progress claims & final account  To prepare & certify claims for suppliers and sub-contractors  Identify execution and technical risks and work closely with relevant personnel to prepare mitigation strategies  Develop, review and monitor the compliance of tender and contracts guidelines  Ensure all estimates provided are at a competitive level  Provide input and feedback on the bid proposal and conduct win/loss analysis Requirements:  Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Engineering equivalent  Preferred with2-3 years of relevant experience  Able to read construction, architectural & engineering drawings  Able to interpret drawings for costing and estimation *Salary will communicate with work experience For interested candidates, kindly indicate the following information in your resume: >Current & Expected Salary >Reason(s) for leaving >Availability to commence work Kindly send your resume to meiyee523@hotmail.com .NO PM, please directly send your resume to the email address.
